Tired of taking half of the egg away when peeling it ? Me too! I saw once on the Internet how to peel an egg quickly and have been doing it ever since:
- Once your egg is done cooking, put in in cold water for ten minutes.
- Putt your egg in a jar, a box or anything with a lid. Pour a bit of water in it, the egg must not be fully immersed.
- Close the lid carefully and shake.
Once you take the egg out, the shell is still in place but broken in pieces. You can peel like usual: the shell is coming right off.
